My son had 4 fillings done there less than a year they all fell out. They were suppose to fix them at no charge come to fine out they billed our insurance company for an office visit. Fraud!!!
Passive aggressive receptionist answered the phone. Wouldn't not let me ask questions. Repeatedly cut me off until I felt like I was stuttering. It was like pulling teeth to get the information I wanted. Angry by the time I did, I threw a passive aggressive verbal jab of my own. Her voice became excessively sweet and polite, like I couldn't tell what she was thinking. I've been going here for years. I couldn't believe this happened.
No problem with anyone else, I recommend the dentists and the dental technicians. They are warm, friendly, dedicated people, who do an excellent job.
