Nothing like it used to be dirty smelly not well taken care of
Open all night to do laundry but try not to use their restroom it is disgusting
Been here multiple times never an issue, besides cleanliness, up until 2 weeks ago when my almost entire wardrobe (summer and spring ware/work clothes) was stolen out of one of the dryers. I understand things happen but the way the woman next door handled the situation was just "oh well" and nothing was done about. For a company being around as long as Porter's, it was the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen. Also been multiple times where the detergent and softner dispenser does not dispense the product after putting in the right amount of change. There are multiple reasons why I wouldn't suggest going here but the fact that your clothes could get stolen speaks for itself. If I could rate zero stars I would.
My husband and I are here working out of town and they do every bit of our laundry for us! They are friendly, have very accommodating hours, and even have a drive through service so when the weather is bad out, I don't have to get my 5 month old out of the car to take our laundry in!
Always clean, lots of washers and dryers.
