Very unprofessional. My fiance and I went to try and get new phones for the two of us.. The lady was very nice but her husband ignored the fact she needed help with their kids to be able to speak to us. He sat staring at his phone while she tried to hear us over her screaming children. Although we have a child ourselves and understand the struggle, we ended up walking out because she couldnt hear us and vice versa.

Bought my iPhone 7 Plus there. The lady was so sweet! I am very happy with my purchase. No other retailers in my area carried what I needed except them. I am very happy with the service! The lady was very knowledgeable about saving me money and helping my service.
I went in and not only bought a new phone at a good price but was able to switch from T-Mobile to Boost with no problem. I actually decided to go to this store because I follow one of the workers on FB and always followed his posts on the deals they had and I will say the customer service was just what I had hoped! I've had service with boost for almost 2 yrs now. The ppl there are very helpful, and gave me a really good deal on phones and phone cases and other stuff for my 2 son's birthdays. They put a smile on both of their faces. They are always nice and welcoming when I walk through the stores door to make a payment. I highly recommend this place for anyone.
