I stopped by and spoke to Kevin to get a quote to wax or motor home and he gave me a quote my wife called him on Monday 07/11/16 to set up a day to drop it off to get it waxed Kevin said that they were not busy and could drop it off Tuesday morning and they would get it done that day, so she asked if we could drop it off late on Monday afternoon so they would have it when they got in Tuesday morning Kevin said that would be great so we went and dropped it off Monday afternoon we spoke to Chris he took all our information and the keys we told him if there were any problems to give us a call, so my wife called at noon on Tuesday to check on the progress and the person that answered the phone said that they had not started on it and did not know anything about it she asked to speak to Kevin and he told her that he was not there and he could not get in touch with him because his cell phone was broken we never received a call letting us know that they were not going to get it done. we try to support small local businesses but this is piss poor service and disregard to customers time and I would never recommend them to any body Kevin the owner has yet to call to apologize or try to set up another appointment . i would recommend this company to any body .

Took my car to get the windows tinted and unfortunately the tint that he had used on my car was defective. However the owner/Manager personally removed the defective tint and re-tinted my car. They did a good job. =)
