We were in town from Phoenix visiting family, when our a/c compressor siezed up. Scotty took the time to explain the issues and what needed to be fixed so we could make an informed decision. He did the work promptly, and some extra, and the bill was MORE than fair. If I lived in Ohio, he'd be my go to guy!
