Moved to Circleville 2 years ago and this place has been getting progressively more disgusting since. Sadly, it's the only burger joint open after midnight. Ordered the Bacon King and Bacon King Jr. and got room temperature patties with unmelted cheese and rubbery bacon on one and charcoal on a bun for the other. The fries were also on their second or third trip through the fryer, so all I could taste was grease.
If the food was fresh I'd recommend this place, but as I've been here a few times and had the same experience of old food that's sat out, I don't really recommend it.
I don't understand how stock-standard fast food goes this wrong.
Horrible food and service! This place should be shut down and get a total make over from the inside out! Every single time i have gone here my food was made wrong, got the wrong order, cold food ect.
Love the chain but the food was terrible. Original chicken sandwiches were overcooked and dry. Onion rings were cold. Tables were filthy, couldn't find a clean one, had to request a rag. Someone came to wipe table off but didn't clean where the napkins I put down stuck to table. Manager offered a fresh sandwich but gave me a grilled chicken sandwich. Only replaced 1 out of 2. Would never eat there again.
I rarely come to the Burger King in Circleville but today my daughter wanted to eat there. I normally don't have to good of luck there with food or customer service, but today they changed my opinion. Their Assistant Manager Brandi waited on us.. She was absolutely wonderful... My daughter adored her.. Kudos for Ms. Brandi.. She is definitely what this Burger King needs.
Nice, friendly workers. However, all the food was old, kind of hard, and room temperature.
