Understaffed the poor boy at the register was running around like a chicken with his head cut off trying to take care of everyone. There are about three others taking care of the drive through which I guess was more important even though there was a line of least 6 customers behind me
I ordered a chicken sandwich but got a cheeseburger in a chicken wrapper hos to drive back to get the correct food, not the first time this has had happened at this location
Let's start off saying I received all my food & drinks. Next the young lady who waited on me patiently waited on me to place my order, she didn't ask 10 times are you done yet, is that it yet, she made sure my order was correct and checked everything off as she packed it all into bags. She even got me a big bag to make it easier for me to carry. This experience was a positive one
I love this place! Great burgers and they accept the golden buckeye card. If you have one use it.
Employees are not friendly. Food is not that good anymore. Value of the dollar is not an option. I always bought the single, now I have to buy the double to see the meat. Not enjoyable to visit
